In my i-Image assignment, I represent the big idea of how engineering is all around us and how it impacts everything that we do. However, it all starts with an idea, a problem someone might have, and people’s needs.
I was drawn to those images because they show something special. The robotic arm is a new invention that is created by joined collaboration of scientists in many different fields that try to improve somebody’s life. It is an innovation of something that existed, but now is an improved version which can help people with disabilities live a normal functioning life. I took the planes image, because it also shows how technology has evolved and it really shows the mathematical concepts with sketched out frames of the machines. The lines in those pictures really show that connection that everything engineered has mathematical meaning. In the last image, I concentrated on the idea how everything starts with an idea, a concept, and it gets created, built, and reengineered by us.
I used Photoshop to “play" around with the image. Photoshop is quite an advanced software to edit images, therefore I only used a very small portion of it’s capabilities, as I am continuously learning to become a better photo editor.

In my i-Video assignment, I represented the big idea of how engineering is all around us. I took a similar approach as I did with the i-Image, however I tried to focus from a big perspective to a small picture.
When someone watches my video, I would like them to take a step back and think about everything that surrounds them. Everything around us has a purpose. I really like how each clip is different but at the same time very similar. All of the objects in the i-Video took consideration, hard work, analyzation, motivation and dedication in ordered to be made. The final result of all of that was a product that is used by everyone. That hard work of engineers and a team of collaborators deserves a credit for creating something that is a now a necessity in our life.
I used YouTube creator studio to create this video. Personally, I had few problems while creating and usually I prefer using iMovie. However, for the purpose of being able to find online videos it was useful to have a sources with many resources available.
